My cube says it is not valid

Each of the six colours must appear exactly nine times, and every corner and edge must be a piece that exists on a real cube. Check the highlighted stickers; a single wrong sticker is the usual cause.

How should I hold the cube?

White centre on top and green centre facing you. The step player shows this on every solution.

The scan picked a wrong colour

Use bright, even light and avoid glare. After the scan you can tap any sticker to correct it before solving.

How do I restore my purchase?

Settings, then Restore Purchase, with the Apple ID that bought it.
